Beth is licensed as a Counselor Trainee through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Family Studies from Miami University. She is currently working towards her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through Wright State University.
Beth’s clinical interests include working with adults and children on anxiety, depression, postpartum depression, trauma, caregiver stress, issues of faith, and with gifted and twice-exceptional learners. Her philosophy of mental health counseling is that each client has innate value and inherent worth as a human being with unique perspectives and needs. Her approach is gentle and collaborative. Beth is interested in the mind-body connection and seeks to offer a compassionate and calming atmosphere in which clients can identify strengths and address concerns in order to live life more fully.
