Emily fully believes that building a nonjudgmental and validating relationship with her clients is an incredibly important piece of the therapeutic process, and she strives to establish a trusting and healthy dynamic through the process; she also focuses on using research-based methods and engaging clients with methodologies based on their individual needs.
