Jasmine Lutz, BS, CT

Jasmine is a Counselor Trainee through the University of Dayton and is licensed through the State of Ohio Counselor, Social Worker, and Marriage and Family Therapist Board. Jasmine completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Criminal Justice.

Prior to working with Nemeth Counseling, Jasmine served in leadership as the Director of a birth-Pre-K Early Learning Center in the Polaris Area. Jasmine has about 8 years of experience in the mental health field and has worked with a variety of populations in numerous settings. This experience includes working with children and adolescents, their families, as well as adults in both inpatient and outpatient settings who struggle with  mental, emotional, and dual diagnosis substance abuse disorders. 

At Nemeth Counseling Jasmine provides mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. She believes everyone has a unique story, and through therapy,  clients can develop skills to create solutions to life’s challenges. Jasmine sees her role as assisting clients in drawing out and creating meaning out of the circumstances keeping them stuck in order to move through and forward. Drawing on approaches from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Reality Therapy, and other modalities, she seeks to create an environment where clients are safe to be open, honest, and feel heard.
