Megan has worked in both an outpatient mental health setting as well as an inpatient crisis environment. In these settings, she has experience in working with clients both individually as well as in a group. She believes in utilizing a wide range of technique and skills, to ensure that she is prepared to help every different kind of client that she meets.
Through use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Strength-Based Treatment, Motivational Interviewing and other techniques, Megan has successfully worked with clients who are battling depression, anxiety, low self-worth, codependency characteristics, a history of trauma and/or neglect, as well as substance use. Her hope as a clinician is to be an advocate for all individuals to live happy and fulfilling lives.
